Overview
Nonogram is a free puzzle game supported by advertising. We are committed to being transparent about how data is handled — both by us and by our advertising partner, Google AdMob. We do not collect any personal information ourselves.
Data We Collect
We do not collect, store, or have access to any personal information such as your name, email address, location, or device identifiers. Your puzzle progress, streak, and hint balance are saved locally on your device only and are never transmitted to us.
Advertising — Google AdMob
Nonogram uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect and use data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, including:
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS)
- IP address and approximate location
- Device information (model, OS version)
- Ad interaction data (views, clicks)
On iOS 14.5+, the app requests your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before any identifier is accessed. If you decline, only non-personalized ads are shown.
You can learn more about how Google uses data at:
policies.google.com/privacy
To opt out of personalized ads on your device:
iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable for this app.
In-App Purchases
Hint packs are available as in-app purchases processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information.
Children's Privacy
Nonogram is not directed at children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided personal information through our advertising partner, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
Changes to This Policy
If we update this policy, the revised version will be posted here with a new date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
