Zip Connection

1. Overview

Zip Connection ("the app") is a logic puzzle game developed as an independent project. This policy explains what information is and is not collected when you use the app.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, transmit, or store:

• Your name, email address, or any account information
• Your location
• Device identifiers for tracking purposes
• Gameplay statistics or puzzle progress beyond your own device
• Any other personally identifiable information

No account or login is required to use the app.

3. Data Stored Locally

The app saves your puzzle progress, completed levels, hint balance, and settings using UserDefaults on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

4. Advertising (AdMob)

The free version of Zip Connection displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect certain information to serve relevant ads, including:

• Advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS), if you have granted permission
• General device information (model, OS version)
• Approximate location (country/region level)

On iOS, the app will request your permission before accessing the advertising identifier, in compliance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. You can change this permission at any time in Settings → Privacy → Tracking.

Purchasing the Remove Ads in-app purchase disables all advertisements.

5. In-App Purchases

In-app purchases (hint packs and Remove Ads) are processed entirely by Apple via StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple's purchase and billing policies apply.

6. Children's Privacy

Zip Connection does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app is rated 4+ and contains no content unsuitable for children. Advertising shown to users who have not granted tracking permission is non-personalized.

7. Third-Party Services

The app integrates the following third-party SDKs:

• Google AdMob — advertising (privacy policy)
• Apple StoreKit — in-app purchases (governed by Apple's terms)

No other third-party analytics, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs are used.

8. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
